•Chief Executive Officer, AMI International & Group Vice President AMI 1982-1987. The company owned and operated 35 hospitals in nine foreign countries. During this period the subsidiary became AMI’S most profitable division on an ROI basis.  The overseas subsidiary; a $100 million dollar company with 10,000 employees, traded on the Zurich and London stock exchanges.
•Vice President International Development, AMI, 1977-1982. Expanded the international division of AMI from two facilities to thirty-five owned, major acute care hospitals.
